r	ros yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished Beginners 2 with Teacher Jun, and he is very helpful and upbeat with his lectures. He also have an embracing approach to teaching, which is very much appreciated, as it further elevated my confidence with a new language. His lectures are easy to follow and the class zoom videos are forwarded to all students so that we can look back and be refreshed on the class. But it was the energy to the class that made learning interesting, these guys are never discouraging and always optimistic. I would highly recommend him as a teacher.

He is a very engaging teacher who uses relevant and new ideas/concepts to explain some words/while teaching basic grammar. He also shares related additional words with us so we can use it with our Korean friends! 꿀잼!!

Lessons were conducted twice weekly over zoom and every lesson was filled with fun and laughter with Teacher John's experience of being a true linguist. Our questions – no matter how simple, confusing or silly at times – are always answered with patience and kindness. My classmates and I have gained so much knowledge from our Beginner 1 course and are now eagerly awaiting the start of Beginner 2 with Teacher John again. 감사합니다, 선생님. It is our blessing to have you start and guide us through our Korean learning journey! Thank you very much to Viola of Korean Explorer as well, for all your hard work and time taken to coordinate and facilitate these classes for us!

Teacher Kim is clear in her explanation and she tries to ensure that all her students are heard and given the opportunity to practise the language. She revises what we have learnt the previous lesson before moving on. In addition, I enjoyed the company of my coursemates even though I am doing the lesson online! They are super friendly! M	Mariani Tjandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started watching K-drama during the Circuit Breaker period and thought it would be cool to learn the language. However, I had my reservation. At my age, my learning ability has slowed. I had to say that the first few classes were challenging as I was struggling with the basic Hangeul syllables. My instructor, Jun님, assures me that it is normal and that I will get better. The lesson structure and pacing are good. Jun would use certain words and remind us the basic syntax repeatedly to the point that they are drilled in my head by the end of the term. He also makes the class relevant and engaging by sharing the culture and current trends with candid remarks. Just finished my 1st term. I am thrilled at my progress as I can understand some words or phrases while watching my K-drama. I will certainly continue with the 2nd term. 감사합니다 Jun선생님! To my class mate, 학기 수업에서 보자!

His lesson were engaging, useful and he is very patient with everyone in the class. I will highly recommend him to anyone that is interested in learning Korean language.

Jun taught us well and he also explained a lot about the Korean culture which made it more meaningful for me because I also like the the Korean culture and kpop. As for progression wise, I can read Hangul easily now and expanded my vocab thanks to Jun! It’s definitely worth it! Thank you Jun!

As always Jun made it fun and realistic for us adult learners, he has his own unique ways of reinforcing us the different concepts and usage of the vocabulary and verbs.
