Placed an order via the main website and performed fund transfer in March 2020. Have yet to recieve goods in July 2020. Emailed multiple times with no response. No answer to listed phone number.

Avoid at all costs. Board gamery, team board games or glee gamers are much more reliable and better customer service

Made a deal with them online to collect it at their store at 12pm. Went all the way down to collect it and the store was closed cause they were late. I have no problem with waiting but no notice was given on how late they would be and i ended up leaving without a deal after waiting for over 20mins. They didn't even apologise for their mistake and even told me to get the item elsewhere cause they sold it. Horrible customer service.

Placed an order for a board game on their lazada site on 11th Jan, a week later they messaged to say that it is out of stock and they are going to cancel the order. Before placing the order, I messaged them to check that it was authentic and available. They then replied that it is available and that is their last copy. I place an order and paid right after. The item was marked processing for a week and I had messaged them to give an update as this was supposed to be a present for a friend. After ignoring me from 11 Jan - 19th Jan, they messaged back saying that it is out of stock and they will have to cancel the order! The delivery date said 16-18 Jan and they had the galls to wait till 19th Jan to message me saying that the item is no longer available even after I took the time to write in an ensure that it was still available. Worst ever seller. They have a facebook page, website and lazada page and is hardly contactable at all. Zero stars.

Place an order on 4 Feb and paid through Paynow as per instructed. Emailed them the proof of payment, but until now no follow up and no item delivered. Emailed them for updates but no reply. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

I really wish that there is an option to put 0 stars. I have bought a card sleeves from Good 4 Games. He message me to do a pick up around buangkok. Since this is during a pandemic I assume that he would be at home. Plus he did not confirm a timing with me. I went down all the way to buangkok , he told me that he wasn't home and suggested to either mail it or wait for him to be home. Well I have wasted my transportation fee and the time to go all the way down there. I understand that it is normal to have miscommunication between customer and vendor. However I feel that it should also be the vendor responsibility to ask and confirm date and timing of pick up to ensure a good experience with for the customer. I subsequently told him that I was unhappy with his services. He not only didn't apologize but told me that I possess an unkind attitude. At first I was already very upset that I wasted a trip. Now I am just plain angry. Because of the comments that he have made. I cancel my order from Shoppe and ask for a refund. He told me that he was glad that I have made the refund so that he don't have to deal with me. This is my worst experience as a customer. I really don't recommend buying anything or engaged in their services.

I see that many people are giving bad reviews to this seller (Chee Peng), and I just wanted to chime in and say that his attitude has always been pretty dreadful. My first encounter with him was from a couple of years ago when I was trying to buy Arkham Horror LCG packs from him. I met him at his place to collect it, and for no reason he started making comments suggesting that I was being "cheap" and that I was making retailers like him not be able to earn a profit. I wasn't too sure why he started ranting and insulting me, but decided never to deal with him (face-to-face) again. A couple of years later, he started up becoming the local "distributor" for Kickstarter games via VFI. I also bought something from his shop, separate from his distribution business. So, at the same time, I had my orders (from his shop) and a Kickstarter item (from VFI). He messaged me to tell me he will ship the items together, which I assumed was to save on shipping costs. Since I was not actually trying to tank his business, I said fine. Fast forward a few months and he has not yet delivered both items. I had to send multiple emails to VFI and complain to Shopee customer service before I finally got my items. He did not reply until I cc'ed VFI, and even then, he was completely unapologetic. This is a man who tried to tank the efforts of people who were organizing group buys for Kickstarter games -- I've actually had a few group buys fall through because of him. He believes customers should always default to buying from retailers, instead of via group buys even though it is much more cost-efficient. Additionally, there are some accounts from people who pre-ordered their Kickstarter games from him which ended up being sold to other people. So this person not only sabotages your group buys, but also can't be counted on to deliver games when you buy it from him. I'm glad to see that he is no longer a preferred seller on Shopee, or a distributor for VFI. This is a man who should really think about hiring a customer-facing representative. But with so many years to reflect and zero change, I think it's better for Games4Good to Close4Good. There are much better (and cheaper) places to get your games from. The agony is absolutely not worth your time.
