Toy Station

This store is really amazing! They produce different toys that I really love. The materials that they've been using cost high but has a good quality. It has different varieties of colors, designs, structure that you can choose and most of all it is really affordable. The quality of every toy that they are purchasing is very beautiful that my friends ask me if where did I get it. Their company also offer discounts and they delivered really fast. Also their place is really neat and the workers and helpers are really polite. Their workplace is really wide that they can make hundreds or thousands of toys a day. I really recommend their toy station to my friends because it is really amazing. And I also want to share my amazing experience to you. So if you want to buy toys for your children, friends, even gifts for any occasion like in this upcoming Christmas make a reservation of their toys. I assure you, it is more amazing than the pictures. Hurry up! So you can avail the discount that they are offering.

Incident happened at Thomson Plaza. My young daughter was just trying out one of the toys on the shelves. Upon seeing that, the sales guy looked at me and shook his finger. I'm like, seriously? Customers can't even demo the toys? Still prefer toys r us by a long mile as they are way more kids friendly. Not coming back to this shop anymore. Edit: After reading negative reviews of others, I realised that the sales guy I encountered was probably the shop owner.

Bad experience with store owner. Rude and raising their voice to young kids when I went away for a while. Should think through why the owner opens a toy store... If only for profit (from other reviews below) then it's not a place I would recommend to go.

I wish I read the reviews before entering this shop! It is a Toy shop but not for kids! Because kids are not allowed to touch anything, speak or just being kid! Through out our time owner was starring at us and made me feel uncomfortable and if it was not for my son ( Ironically!) I would have walked out from the shop in a minute. Owner as mentioned in the comments is rude , angry and has clear dislike for kids. If its special day of your kid DO NOT go there! I see old comments from shop that they take feedback seriously but even my 5 year old would disagree , just by the Behaviour he witnessed in a Toy shop today ( which elsewhere is supposed to bring joy to kids). NEVER EVER going back again and making sure to spread the word!

It has everything I want and unlike the other reviews the person at the counter was very nice . Went home very happy with a surprise toy for my bro.????

Shld has read the reviews b4 I step into the shop. If nt for the kid, I would have step out of the shop. The salesperson which I presume is the owner will view u as a thief throughout yr visit until u purchase something. Really shld throw my money elsewhere than buy the overpriced stuff there.

So what more can be said that hasn’t already been said about this Shop? -Are the owners particular about their toys being toyed with? Yes (we heard a kid being told off for touching something). -Are the toys cheaper than elsewhere? Depends. The quality of some are obviously China OEM. But there are a few bargains. -Is there a variety to choose from? Somewhat. But seems to be limited to the best sellers (or science kits that don’t seem to move?) -Does the owner allow Demos? Absolutely not! -Does the owner test toys for functionality? Preposterous! (But he did say they would exchange it if there were issues. But what if the kid you gift the toy to doesn’t drive or lives very far away?!). So there you go. Know what you are walking into. It’s a case of you get what you paid for….Just don’t go touching it before you buy.

This place is horrible, my son went there to buy his Pokémon cards. Since he only liked charizard, he presume that he cloud find it in the charizard pack.He went of to buy and when he asked the counter for it, the person I charge said no picking random only, I was only buying some packs and it’s this reply, unbelievable. I meant like I’m putting my money on the table but yet he is rude and not friendly. I hope y’all will not go there but if your really think I’m wrong I’m not stopping your from going. The comment from the past few years are true.pls do not buy from here.hopefully the owner will change and maybe fire his staff:) that might make things more happier.
