The people at Ganen are effective, friendly and professional, my smart home was installed with little fuss. Even when there are minor issues, their service was quick to resolve them. Happy to work with them

Ganen Team after sales service is excellent. Team is very responsive to my "cry for help" even on a Sunday. The person who responded to my whatapps message also try to guide me to run a few check and verification to see if the problem could be fixed over the phone. Although the problem could not be fixed on the same day but right on the next day, the service team turn up at my home to fix the problem. When they are on site, the engineer also very patiently try to explain to me what could be the cause and advise me how to avoid similar situation. It is almost 3 months and no problem since then. Well done, Ganen Team. Keep up the good work!

had some teething problems installation (as with all tech things that have many parts), but the team has been extremely responsive solving the issues and prompt in service and replacement when necessary. now that we are settled in, we are very pleased with the product and and the convience it offers.

It was a breeze liaising with Ganen team during the installation day especially with Li Qun around. He was very patient, went extra miles to understand our needs and find ways to optimise the usage of Ganen system in our new house. From his customer service and technical knowledge, we can tell that he is passionate for his work and the smart home system industry. He made the training process easier to understand and remember, which is very important for smart-home-system newbie like our family. Thank you Ganen for making our training process simpler.

My appreciation goes to Ganen for the great after-sales service even after a year has passed! Was served by Liqun and Kumar today and the service rendered was just awesome! Though they are new to my place, they are able to professionally pinpoint the issues I encountered with good active listening and rectify them for me, and explain with great patience on how things work so that I'm equipped with basic skills to troubleshoot. They went the extra mile to reinstall my zip blinds after I carelessly deleted them away in my app, something which wouldn't have been possible without a third party vendor but they did it effortlessly with good product knowledge. I'm very happy with what Ganen has provided me thus far! A big kudos to Gerald and his committed team, truly living up to the company's vision, mission and beliefs!

Overall the kinetic switches are great to use, have placed one on my fridge and another beside a cabinet. No wiring is needed. Overall it’s great value for a smart home considering all the switches are smart and I can control them using Google home. A smart home is bound to have some connectivity issue, and Ganen has responded well so far by having technicians come down to solve the issue for me when it happens.

Had such a great experience working with the Ganen team for our new humble abode! Was first introduced to the Ganen team by a colleague, and was totally sold by Jay’s presentation of the products at their showroom during our very first meet up. Their kinetic switches also stole our hearts because we hated the idea of hard-wiring switches onto our walls as we wanted a very seamless design in our house. The whole process, from planning of the lights to the automation in the house, was carefully thought out to suit the needs of our little family. We are happy that we did not have to compromise our theme of modern luxe to suit the functionality of things in our house, especially with the integration of a smart home system. The ops team led by Roy was very professional and you can tell that all their staff are well trained and have good knowledge of their products. The team was also quick to answer to any of our questions. Definitely not the cheapest but you can expect top-notch service by the team. We’re happy that we went ahead with Ganen!
