Koble | Singapore Smart Home Automation

I have engaged them on first week of dec for my smart home installation and have pre informed on my moved in date on last week of dec. Day 1 of set up: Jane came over and spent 3 hours plus to set up my 1 BR (yes it’s very minimal system) and yet it couldn’t be set up as errors kept prompting. Day 2 of sept up: Eric came do the set up again and yet till date, my google home is telling me that my lights has error every day. Anyone who wanna consider engaging them might want to take note: - For their in-house light strips, there will be random red blue lines of lights coming out from in between the light casing (they mention they will fix it for me, till date it’s not done) - their out source lights (as they only have RGB) will not be offered until they have no choice. Right from the start I requested for non RGB and now my place have a mixture of two kinds of lights strips which I wasn’t informed until I saw the final bill. When I asked why wasn’t I given the non RGB light strip from the start, I was told that it was out of good will that they provided (yet I was being charged $169 by Koble directly and not the vendor, which was the price of their RGB and an additional $25 for lights installation (but I already got a package from them). I do note that some reviewers stated they were given the option, I wonder why I wasn’t. - their installation of light strip is very rough. Mine was installed underneath my bed as cove light effect but i could not put any casing on as the lights were badly bent causing a bulge at all corners. Just for everyone’s clarity, this was the package breakdown given by Jane: 8*R series switch - $85*8 = 680 3*Infrared Controller - $89*3 = 267 1*Smart Hub - $199 1* a.Liaising with Interior designer/ Contractor b.Installation of switches c.Configuration for items in package - $454 Total $1,600 My final bill was close to $3200 27th Feb 2022 in response to owner reply which was misleading: I was the one who filed a CASE complaint.

Jane was fantastic in explaining the options and possibilities for smart home systems. They also offer discounts for certain vendors that they collaborate with to help on costs savings eg Verde Light (10% discount), Eubiq (10%), PO Eco ceiling fan (8%), Somfy ($120 rebate). $2.1k for 3br condo w/ 12x3 smart switches seem reasonable. $85 per additional switches. Zigby protocol.

Transform my new home into a smart home with the help from Eric. Entire setup was completed without much fuss. ?? Eric was also able to quickly integrate setup with Google home. Strong recommend anyone interested in setting up smart home to engage them. They guided us throughout and help liaise with ID during renovations.

Engaged Koble to do my smart home after comparing with many vendors. Very good service during and even after set up. Things are working very smoothly and the app user experience is excellent! Got them to install a smart door lock, video door bell, smart switches and infrared controller. Definitely would recommend Koble

My favourite set of buttons in the whole house. One button to meet my needs when I wake up. And one button to give me peace of mind that lights and appliances are off as I go to bed. Love the level of flexibility in customisation so I can fit my home to my habits/lifestyle. Thanks Koble. And thanks to Jane for being so friendly and efficient throughout the whole process.

Was exploring the idea of a smart home system just last week and this team has been the most responsive and supportive. I thought that upgrading to a smart home from an existing house is very troublesome but this team proved me wrong. I was able to get my smart home set up within a day. Great thank you to Eric for providing very prompt support and Andy for doing the installation so meticulously. Eric managed to set extremely useful smart home scenes for me as well.

Excellent service from Koble from beginning to the end. Jane was very knowledgeable and provided very appropriate recommendations for our entire place. She was also very helpful in guiding my family through all the smart scenarios and automation. Throughout this entire process, she also managed to coordinate very well with my interior designer. Installation was also done very well and professionally by the team! Would definitely recommend Koble to anyone that is looking for a smart home provider :)
