Learning from an instructor who had experiences in the industry was beneficial in my learning journey and expectations in my job-seeking process. Overall, a fun and fast-paced bootcamp.

Over the course of the 4 units, I was fortunate to have a very knowledgeable instructor in Simon Lau who not only delivered the course content effectively but also brought in his real world experience. GA's staff were also very responsive to feedback on the classes. Thank you to the supportive Outcomes team who are there to answer my questions and who will set you up for success as long as you put in the effort! Do note that while the course is marketed as suitable for folks even with no programming background, it would be very wise to take an online course or get the basics down with Javascript before starting. It makes a world of difference as the course is very fast paced.

I am also taking the Digital Marketing Immersive Flex course with them and it has been a pleasant experience so far; a very welcoming and supportive environment for people in different industries and stages of their careers.

They are not only professional in training the students, the quality of the materials are always right on par with current market IT technology. This will help students able to get recruited easily and answer the questions during the Technical Assessments by hiring companies. My huge credits also given to the class instructor and assistant. They are knowledgeable and willing to help students succeeding their project goal. I've been attending a number of online classes since last year and found their Digital Marketing courses most helpful to me. Apart from the good quality content from the professional instructors, their Slack channel is also useful for students to seek help from others who've attended the same courses. I will definitely be signing up for more interesting content!

I was very impressed by their ability to provide quality service online as much as in class when we were able to comeback on campus. The instructor was very knowledgeable and the staff very friendly. If you are serious about changing careers, I highly recommend GA. Just expect to be very busy!
A	Airene Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best 12 weeks spent with General Assembly doing the User Experience Design Immersive course! Classes are conducted in a hybrid format (2 days in campus and 3 days online) with strict rules around social distancing so I really appreciated that the lessons were handled in a safe manner. The campus is clean and professional, the admin and instructional teams are always there when I needed help. The course work was very intensive as there were a lot of content to cover in just 12 weeks. You have to enter the course mentally prepared that there will be high levels of stress due to the steep learning curve, especially in the beginning. Having said that, you will learn a lot from instructors who will try to foster the growth mindset in everyone, and develop a mutual support system and sense of camaraderie among your classmates.
