There were some issues with the online ordering system, but the staff (the manager/assistant manager (didn’t get her name), Ray and Catherine specifically) took excellent care of us anyway, and ensured that all of our items were delivered to us. Even though they were clearly extremely busy, and probably a bit overwhelmed because the online ordering system was not working, they still took the time to patiently help answer any questions we had. It was also a birthday celebration, and the way they discreetly asked me when I wanted the cake out was fantastic. They went above and beyond when they brought out the cake as well, with a candle, happy birthday sign (that I did not provide), and sang a birthday song, making it such a memorable occasion for us! Thank you so much to the team for all your hard work and effort. For even giving us a service with a smile even though it must have been a crazy evening for you! God bless you all!!!

Food was decent, though the wait time was rather long considering it was full house.

Was told we had 45mins to dine in. Would have been ok but the service was pretty slow. Food wise taste was average

Not 1st visit to Genki sushi outlets but that was very long ago because of the price. In fact their food have the quality but price wise still steep compared to sushi express.. One thing must compliment here to Genki that we were impressed their hot water really user friendly as it is turning tap that easily can get hot water, as shown attached photo.

I had a bad experience dinning in. Maybe because i came on a sunday it was like going into a child care centre. Very noisy from other table as they were talking loudly like they own the restaurant. Feel very annoying. Fast finish fast go. Haiz correct timing as i came early in the opening time so i don't have to wait but wrong day to dine. Btw i order their Tori karaage Gunkan - the chicken is room temperature? shouldn't it be hot? ?? $1.90 spicy salmon Gunkan - way too much sauce than fish? All you taste was sauce over sushi rice. ?? Mentai mayo fries - Nice ?? $3.80 Snowcrab croquette - too big piece, after finish you feel oily. Not worth to order ?? $2.50 Mentai roll - Too much sauce it become too salty?? $4.80 Ebi tempura - Too much flour and salty. ??$4.80 The only thing which is nice is their Zaru Soba ??$4.20 Won't come back again. Maybe it is more for kids to dine as the train serves food in a interesting way.? Food Presentation is nice Good for photo shoot but not nice to eat ? I wonder their management people got come down to try their food they are selling? ??‍♀️ Disappointed with Genki

had an early lunch to avoid the queue, and was seated promptly by the staff. really like the idea of the smaller servings of don/udon; the salmon mentai w avocado don ($6) filled me up decently (and was also super yummy) but i was still able to eat sushi and the fries without feeling like exploding. the staff cleared the plates efficiently, and were polite throughout. not so sure why the service was so bad for other customers, but probably because when we went there was barely anyone so the staff (both kitchen & service) were not as busy. highly recommend the mentai fries ($3.80) and salmon mentai w avocado don ($6) to all mentai lovers!

Food were served fast and hot! The new items were good and some were sold out at 1pm. There were enough staff moving around and clearing the tables. Will return to this outlet again

Food was served at a reasonable pace (slower during peak hours). The portions were acceptable at their price point. No surprises, meets the standard sushi chain quality.
