★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keys cutting skills are impeccable. Key was able to work like a charm and it was a difficult key to begin with as I had many experience with other shops trying to duplicate the keys. Anthony was the first one to do it at the first try. He was having lunch when I walked in and he immediately served me. While waiting for the key, saw another customer giving a thumbs up on the shoes he did as well upon collection. Nice.

Good service at this branch, although they didn't call me to notify when the shoe was ready to collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially had my boots’ zippers replaced here but then it kept going down. I went back to complain and Ferdi was super helpful in assisting to ensure my boots’ zippers were replaced again.
However this time I’m unable to zip down one of the boots when I reached home ? this was done in their headquarters so now I’m really unsure about the quality of their work
