Gentleman Barbershop

If there were 0 stars, this is what they deserve. I’ve been a customer for 5 years from the time they opened their outlet at Limbang, Bukit Batok and now at Keat Hong. Today I was met with their worst service. I arrived at the shop at 8:25pm, only to be told 5 minutes later, that they are closed for the day. There were 2 barbers present with 2 people cutting their hair and one waiting. The guy before me came only 2 minutes before me. I was turned away although their operating hours are until 9pm. When their regular barber was always there, I’ve even arrived a few minutes before 9pm and was never turned away. The customer service team whom I’ve raised feedback to has shared there 3 other people before me but their presence was not there and was just a mere excuse. Again, unprofessional and poor customer service since their regular barbers have left the place. I’ve always recommended my friends and family to this establishment, promoted their services on social media and tipped their barbers generously for every cut and this was abysmal to say the least after supporting for 5 years. Take it from me, forget about patronising any of their outlets any longer. Their customer service will drive away their regular customer base and they will eventually shut down. Extremely disappointed and will not be visiting any of their outlets any longer. You can visit Popular Beauty Indian Barber at B1, Keat Hong Shopping Centre, who will deliver better cuts and better customer service than this shameful outlet can.

Great place for haircut. Fuss free and the barber is able to cut my hair the way I want it. Will be returning again in 3 weeks for my next hair cut

Been going to Gentlemen Barbershop for the last 6 years. Tip top service from them as always. Never disappointed once. Hair Stylist to lookout for, RK & Ravi currently at CCK Outlet. JK, YK at Jurong East Outlet. $13 for faded Gentlemen cut. Hard to find talented Hair Stylist offering this service at such rate.

Went to this shop at abt 10.40am , went to get a fade cut and my fringe to be a medium length as my hair is quite long , however the fella cut it way to short to the point i cant comb it or grab my hair , the fade cut was bad , no fade at all , and my side burn , even worse , bad experience , my first time was ok no issue but this second time , unbelievable , dk how cut dont work there better. Instructions was simple , i said fade and my fringe to cut at medium , this is not fade or medium , is too short !!

I think you should really check on your staff’s skill set again. Not all, but I believe one of your staff skill isn’t there to cut any sort of fades for customers. There’s a huge difference from fade & slope. Please don’t get it mixed up. He is just lost in touch with hairs & fashion I would say.

NK is the go to Barber for special events. He’s friendly and super meticulous in his work. I’ll recommend him for customers at any age without a doubt. Thank you Gentlemen barber for providing this excellent service.

I have been visiting gentleman barber in all their outlets. Their service is perfect. Price is also cheap. Even if you go for just a shave you will feel how clean their job is. No irritation on the skin. They use imported blades and products.
