No attention to detail, when see's long qeue it becomes a rush job.

Its all a matter of integrity. I’ve been a regular patron for almost two decades, and this recent experience seriously damaged my trust with them. The barber made a mistake, accidentally buzzing a bald spot the size of a thumb into my hair whilst rushing to finish my cut. To be fair there was a significant crowd and I understand the hurry. Mistakes do happen, and the way I see it, hair can grow back... the only offense I take is when the barber tried to hide the mistake during the ending mirror check of the cut, holding the mirror at a very odd angle and hurried stashing it away. Truth is I’m dissapointed. As a regular customer and one who has patronised this store since I was a kid, I hate for it to end this way. A simple acknowledgement of a mistake made would’ve sufficed.

Came just before the advertised opening hours of 10am. He only came at 10.25am, had his breakfast inside till 10.55am then proceeded out for his smoke break. Couldnt wait any longer and left after an hour of waiting. If opening at 11am, please make sure to update the advertised opening hours written at the shop.
