One of the best gyms around for actually learning proper technique, not just exercise! I've been to many gyms (every gym on classpass), and this is the best. Most places just tire you out and make you sweat without proper teaching.

Great place to learn muay thai, the coaches are friendly and patient. They would slowly explain and break down the techniques taught, also the trainings are very creative and unique it is unlike other muay thai gyms.

A lot of thought was put into the training regime. Head Trainer Sham & his trainers are really passionate about the craft and they will make it a point to correct your form/technique. Fun & enjoyable training ground, highly recommended!
