★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service experience! Manager should be aware of the staff attitude!!! Just went and tried to buy a small torch amongst other things. Asked at the counter to try it. She did and it didn’t work despite the packet saying battery included and “try me”. She shrugged her shoulders and said that the others don’t work either!!! And that they don’t have spare batteries. Then I paraphrased and asked if what she’s saying is that I can pay 15sgd for a tiny keychain torch which doesn’t work. She said YES!!!! It’s very rare to experience this outrageous level of customer service and I feel sorry for the shop owner to have employed the wrong people.
