★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and no after sales support. Additionally when waiting for a query shopstaff is extremely unfriendly to your curious child. Shop should have sign : "adults only" to keep lazy shopkeepers of the hook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing customer experience . Wanted a ball for my 5 year old. There was a perfect one which needed pumping up. They took a few minutes to pump it up as their pump broke....so because of this "poor service" they gave me the ball for a dramatically reduced price. I call that great service. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their products are great too. Amazing

They do gift wrap at no extra cost, which was a nice touch especially during the pandemic when you cant buy gifts, wrap them yourself and hand them to the recipient personally. Recently i made another purchase and they included such a lovely, pretty handmade card. Totally made the recipient's and my day!
