Not a good service and also item is not to my standard. I hope my feedback is taken well to improve their service and products. Not sure it is was only for me or for others as well.

Very swift and helpful responses to my queries and they were so kind to accommodate my customisation requests. They went the extra mile to think of innovative solutions to ensure that my bouquet is delivered to the recipient as a surprise (instead of self-collection at the concierge) -- all happened whilst I was uncontactable at work for an hour. A regular florist shop would have forfeited the delivery but not Giftflorist2000, thank you so much! Of course, the bouquet was lovely!
