Excellent service provider. Meifen (the caregiver) at night had provided such quality respite care for my grandpa that before my grandpa passed away he was able to utter out her name. My family would like to thank her profusely for the care she has provided and it has warmed our family hearts. We wish her all the best in her caregiving role and thank her again for taking care of my bed ridden grandpa during his final days.

The ride was safe and comfortable for my elderly dad who is on wheelchair. Driver was punctual and cared for the elderly and advised my Helper. From the time I engaged their services to drop off, it was an efficient and hassle-free experience. I would engage their services again.

I got to know about 1 Care Provider's services from my brother's friend. My family and I decided to employ them to provide night home care services for my father, who was bedridden and needed assistance a few times a night. This was to allow my mother to have a good sleep at night, so that she would have energy to look after my father during the day time. The main night home care staff that they provided was a pleasant Burmese girl who was gentle, attentive and always came slightly early for her shift. She constantly made sure that my father was comfortable and often (in our opinion) did more than what was expected of her. In addition, when my father was suddenly discharged from hospital a second time without prior notice, even though there was a 2 days prior notice requirement, the company tried and actually managed to activate a night home care staff for my father that very night. The services that were provided during the night home care was: - Taking of temperature and blood pressure - Shifting of body position for comfort - Tube feeding of milk formula, supplements, medicine - Changing of diapers - Cleaning and changing of dressing for bed sore wounds Overall, I would highly recommend 1 Care Provider's night care service, for their high service standards, meticulous attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.
