Super friendly staff and answer your queries fast. customer service was exceptional - they went out to purchase p-plate on the spot when they ran out of it. Transaction was fast. Quality of the bike is brand new, worth every dollar. Will surely to come back and try other bikes too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a Yamaha XSR 155 with GigaRider and had a very pleasant experience. I have rented bikes from some of the other rental companies around, but my experience with Gigarider was by far the best.
Big thank you to the team and Syazwan in particular. They were very friendly and the whole process was smooth and professional. I was very impressed by how quickly they responded to my questions over text as well! The bikes were also in great condition and came with p plates (for new riders) and phone holders. Will definitely be back to try some of the other bikes in their fleet. 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was topnotch. Staff were very friendly and professional, they know their stuff. Even hand out some tip for me when riding as it was my first bike rental. Bike wise was in tip top condition, seriously well maintained. Definitely will recommend to those who wants to try out thier first riding experience. Their fleet of bikes is relatively big and still expending! For sure will hit them up again in the future. Thank you bosses of GigaRider!
