Overall good service and quite a few options for bike rentals. Provides bike servicing and maintenance before and during rental, knowledge service staff.
-
No phone folder on rentals.
On-shop customer staff could be more friendly and attentive.
Had confusion on rental schedule, rented for 7 days on 3rd nov at 7pm, they were expecting the bike to returned on 9 nov, since they count 3rd nov as 1 day and not after 24 hour.
This was sorted out though by customer service when asked and return was done on 10 nov.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for any kind of users. Friendly staffs will accommodate to your requests if possible. Fast response if you face any issue/s with your rental. Price range is affordable. Be it if your own bike is down for repairs or you just need another for part time runs, look up for AloRide. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has a "non-sense" booking system....they only allow you to book one week in advance when all their bikes are already taken... Avoid at all costs and deal with others if possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a blast on our rental Yamaha YBR touring Singapore. Get everywhere fast! AloRide made the process super easy and provided a WhatsApp number for questions, we had a lot, like; what’s the weird box strapped to handle bars about? (Insert nets card for tolls and car park access). They offer everything from twist and go scooters to full CBR 400 motorcycles. If you’re not familiar with the area I’d suggest bringing / investing in some sort of phone mount so you can navigate. Will be renting from them again upon return!
Note: It’s a bit hard to find due to all the motorcycle shops in the area AloRide is located inside HKL Lim Shop. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorcycle offered totally not as advertised. Told to come and collect bike at HKL in Bukit Merah. Motorbike was a YBR 125. Took grab there which cost me 20 dollars. Motorbike offered had no working headlights, indicators and brake lights. Electric start also was not working. Bike was filthy. Box was dirty in and out. It is totally a dishonest deal and advertising. And they expect me to pay $180 to rent this for a week? Ridiculous and exorbitant! How can they advertise a bike which is not road worthy as available
