Disappointing SMP result.

In general I use organic products and I was attracted to try this new salon because of their online offer of 30% discount for new customers. Later when I went there I realised that this is only a marketing scam to attract customers in their salon. I never received the discount of 30% off, because according to them this is already discounted price, otherwise in future the price would be much higher. ? Their website states the prices for the service but as "price starting from..." giving them space to bump up the price according to their preference. So that 30% discount for first time customers will be already in the bumped up calculation. Apart from that instead of getting a proper and dedicated consultation and advice about the most suitable choice of treatment for the type of hair and the wanted results, you get a question: "So what you want to do, which treatment?" I explained that I want my hair straight and with volume. So she tried to push this DYNA treatment with argan oil as the best one. Later on she tried to push the same one to another customer even though she did not want rebonding, but only to control the frizzy hair, and she also said that has very sensitive skin and allergies. Anyways I did what she suggested and yes the hair is straight but no volume at all. So when she finished and I asked her ok so where is the volume, she said that for that one I should have done volume rebonding instead ? After I have already told her that I want volume, and after she convinced me that this DYNA is the treatment I need?!!! So in conclusion: they might have better quality organic products than the conventional ones on the market, but they do not have proper service and consultation and they do have fake discounts for first time customers.

I was utterly disappointed with the results, lack thereof in this case. I paid approx $700 for a single session of hairline embroidery. The pain was excruciating, in my opinion, even with numbing cream applied for 30min. I could hear the reverberations of the tool scratching against my scalp. After the session, a brown thick crust formed on the scalp (a combination of the pigment, blood and platelets). It started flaking out over 1 week. Unsightly. Imagine brown dandruff! After the flaking, I was informed that the fine embroidery strokes would remain (much like an eyebrow embroidery). To my dismay, it was 0% retention rate. Nothing, no embroidery stroke remained on my scalp. Conclusion: an absolute waste of money. All that pain for nothing! Complete waste of time. P.s: I would upload my before and after photos as evidence if possible... the only redeeming factor was the lady boss’s patience to work till 11pm on my scalp..
