Instead of answering my query staff immediately dismissed my bag as irrelevant to their shop since it wasnโt bought from their boutique and refused to offer any advice on how to proceed with rectification. Low class brand acting luxurious. Ashamed of all the other givenchys I own given this is the level of service they condone .
