★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into an empty Zegna store and there was NO SALES PERSON anywhere to be found, we said “hello hello??” No one answered or showed up. We saw an asian couple trying on shoes (customers) and approached them asking “where is everyone?” Only then did we see the ONLY sales person in store, a Caucasian person (bule guy) who arrogantly said “we are busy!”. I replied “what do u mean busy ur store is empty” .. so rude! Hope u go bankrupt!
