But it’s not the brand that makes the magic here — it’s Lilya’s dedication, patience, and attention to detail as both the owner and facialist at Glamzone. Her focus on facial massage is unlike any other facial I’ve been to, where a facial massage is usually a 10-15min affair. At Glamzone, the massage IS the facial. From cleansing to application of boosters, to application of aftercare — Lilya takes time to massage products into the skin with exacting detail and skilful techniques. It is truly a blissful experience that is not just efficacious at repairing skin, but also putting your mind at ease. I have not been back to any other facialist since meeting Lilya.

I don't usually get facials because my skin is pretty clear, but I woke up today with a super swollen face so I searched for facials that could help. This came up, and I got an appointment the same day I called. On the 4th floor at Orchard Plaza, a small shop run by Lilya (who is super nice and very hospitable), which is kept very clean by her. She offers tea and water as well. 90-minutes worth of my time, and totally worth it. Not only does my skin look brighter, and my face/eyes less swollen, (my double eyelids were not there this morning, and they are back now!) it was also a VERY relaxing experience. The whole process made me wake up feeling rejuvenated. A tiny bit on the pricy side, but honestly for the experience it's worth it, especially for small business owners like Lilya, I would totally come back. Compared to other larger places that try hard to sell you packages, I felt that Lilya and the experience at Glam Zone was personal and again just overall very relaxing, which is exactly what I needed. Thanks Lilya!

My skin is cleaner, more hydrated and with lymphatic massage, if I ever have any water retention - Lilya gets rid of that and makes my face more defined visually. Apart from doing wonders for my skin, it’s also a very relaxing experience and Lilya is a wonderful person to chat with. Highly recommended ?
