Bought a Lexus Ux250h from them recently. Terence attended to me and provided very good service initially. Probably because of that, i let my guard down and trusted him when I asked him if the car was equipped with the original apple carplay. I didn't test it and only found out that it didn't after I gotten the car. He was willing to compensate for a 3rd party apple carplay but he ghosted me when I asked him to make good his promise by installing the original apply carplay.
Giving a 3 star because they compensated with a 3rd party apple carplay but I can't say I'm a happy customer.
