Delivery was done within 2 days and the hook up was seamless, with every request detailed with the delivery. Alliance also has a wide range of coffee accessories, a one stop location for any home coffee enthusiast.

I actually bought Profitec Pro 700 from a friend who bought it from Alliance. I requested Alliance to install add-ons of flow control to my machine. Jason is the sales person who responded to my request. Not only that I am not treated as a second class owner, i can feel his sincerity in ensuring the installation is properly done by him and very patient in addressing all my queries, sharing me all his tips in using the flow control. His aftersales service is superb even though I supposed this installation is not going to earn him much commission. It is rare for a sales person to be giving all his best and passionate in everything he do regardless whether if is rewarding. Alliance is so fortunate to have him. All the best Jason!

After extensive comparison of coffee machines from different companies, I opted for Profitec Pro 700 for its excellent German engineering and neat internal modular components layout. So I went to Alliance Coffee Solution, official distributor of Profitec last year, 2020, to made my purchase. At first I was expecting some kind of industrial warehouse kind of premise but was pleasantly surprised by the inviting ambience of their showroom cum office. I thought I walked into a coffee bar! Then, immediately I was warmly welcome by their super friendly sale manager, Jason, who walk me through the Profitec Pro 700. I am impressed by Jason’s excellent customer service and superb product knowledge. Jason personally delivered and installed the machine in my kitchen, and gave me valuable tips on care and maintenance of my coffee machine. Profitec 700 is awesome, never fail to pump out great espresso shot and steam milk. Thumb up to Jason and his splendid team in Alliance Coffee Solution. Even till now, after one year, they still provide top rate after sale service and Jason often go the extra mile in after sale support. Way to go guys, cheers!

Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went down in person to collect an order of beans and an accessory, and he helped guide me to make some better choices, without hard sell. Enjoyed a good brew by his hand too. Went away with more beans and gear than I planned, but happy with my purchases :)
