Hygiene level needs drastic improvement.

The attendant was not experienced and riped out my inner thighs skin while pulling out the hairs that caused lots of inflammation and redness on both thighs. I am unable to walk comfortably as fiction while walking is causing more pain and soreness. Also, she left many hairs and refused to remove them. I don't know about other services but I am sure they do horrible waxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working there made multiple changes to the price and she justified my saying that it is a 2 hrs process. Turns out it only took 45 mins.Told her my preferred and better way of doing nail extensions removal but instead she insisted on pulling away the extensions. Very painful and harmed my natural nails. Do not patron this nail salon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed 3 different staff to just remove my gel nail polish. Botched the filing process and all my nails were ugly and uneven. Some round and some were sharp. Did a half hearted job of putting gloss and now my nails are half glossy and the other half have patches of matte on it. Told me a price before I sat down and once started the process told me of another price which is double the initial amount. Asked to do a pay wave and the China ladies asked me to give them 5% more on top of the bill. Horrible experience. Will never return.
