β β β β β Located at the front entrance of Hougang Mall. You can spot it if you are driving pass the main road.Also easy to get there by mrt or bus.The Hougang Mrt Stn and Hougang Central Bus Inter Change are just a short walk away.

β β β β β A relatively small ocbc branch. Customers not crowded most of the times. The location is idea within the hougang mall. Just next to huagang mrt. Kcf γ old chang kee., ntuc fair prices, few coffee shops other fast food outlets here. Very convenient in traffic . Also good for shopping ,and taking meals

β β β β β If you're looking for security, here it is. So secure that everytime I want to get my paycheck banked in, I need to convince the staff that I am authorised to recieve the money and my employer needs to assure them that I am to receive it. Each branch have different information about what I should do or have. Some branches are excellent and clear communication, some are consistently rude and vague.Tbf, this branch isnt the worst i have encountered, at least they are polite about not knowing. Make your own research and proceed with as much caution as they have. In addition, app is convenient for online banking and actual premises is clean and comfy for waiting

β β β β β On 15 Apr 22 @ 2325 hrs, an ocbc employee entered the premises without mask and talking loudly on the phone.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible in these covid times.

β β β β β Bad to average customer service. Went quite a number of times, and for some reason couldn't really feel like I want to settle business inside.
With the recent mass OCBC scams, it's safe to say I won't be have much to do with OCBC anytime soon.

β β β β β One of the worst OCBC Branch and insisted that i should bank in my foreign cheque at the machine but i insisted that i need to talk to the staff over at the counter.
I have no choice but to come to this Hougang branch its because i am staying around this area.
Normally i prefer to do the transaction at the OCBC Paya Lebar Branch because the staff are more professional and morever i am working around that area.
