Glee Gamers boasts a large (and recent) catalog of popular tabletop games and tabletop-adjacent accessories. The owner also communicates and arranges for deliveries/collection in a prompt and timely manner. The prices are extremely competitive and most importantly, the owner is trustworthy and reliable. I have been a customer for years now, and have never been disappointed. Highly, highly recommended.

I placed an order for some games, but did not received the correct games. But nevertheless got a refund. I think it was just bad timing but it's all good now.

Based on first buying experience. Item paid in full along with shipping costs. Parcel delivery details never provided. Item never arrived. No Customer Follow-ups. Silent treatment to enquiries. Unethical shop trying to scam. Have placed a pre-order on 09 Sep 2021 with them after which the due date they stated they do not have enough stock and asked me to wait. I've waited to Dec 2021 and they still say no stock and asked me wait. Till now still say no stock. Asked them to refund my money and totally don't want to response. Very bad, don't buy from them.

Used to be reliable as my go-to for my board games. After the owner started selling TCGs, service has gone straight downhill as he has no time to service everyone who are not big time whale customers unfortunately. I still have nearly a dozen preorders not fulfilled yet. No replies to enquiries or updates on my orders so far. Very disappointed really. Will update if there's improvement. Edit March 2022: managed to collect a few of my pre-orders after reaching out to owner. I would wait 3 working days for replies before sending another. Communication has improved slightly though still self-initiated. I would advise to keep your own record, when your order should arrive etc. Hopefully things will improve if owner shifts focus back to board games.

One of the worst sellers I have ever dealt with, extremely poor customer service. I pre-ordered an item on Shopee with seller on Oct 2021 and made full payment. Couple of weeks later, seller had the courtesy to inform me that stocks were not available and asked if I could wait 6 months or opt for a refund. I was okay to wait 6 months. Fast forward to April 2022, there were no news from the seller and I had to check on the status with seller. Waited for several days before seller mentioned that there were no stock. I opted for a full refund. The replies started getting extremely slow from this point, from days to week(s). I had to keep chasing for a refund but there were still no replies from the seller till date. At this point I’m just accepting the fact that I had been “scammed” by them as well. Overall, a really really poor and horrifying experience from this merchant, making your customers chase for refunds and not even providing any interim updates along the way. Future buyers take note of the business ethics employed by Glee Gamers and be prepared to wait for days just for a one sentence reply with no follow ups. What a disappointment, truly.
