3 tennis courts. probably one of the few condos with turf tennis court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glendale Park is a condominium with standard condo facilities. It's the condo nearest to Hillview MRT station in the Hillview area. Opposite Glendale Park sits HillV2 that offers some shopping and dining, while the new community club being built is diagonally across it. A full running track, open to the public, is located within a military camp, just a 5-minute walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate the apartment. The parking is at the basement but not for overnight if u are visiting. If u are staying overnight then pls park your vehicle at the visitors car park. The indian guard uncle is very friendly.

Nice facilities, very good and responsive management that dont interfere with residents life inside try to help rather than hinder, probably best asset of the condo along with being next door to the mrt station and across the road to the hillv2 shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly security guards. Car park is dark and lack signages. The unit I visited can hear honking from the roundabout. May disturb your sleep if you are an early sleeper. Ground floor units look dark under bright daylight.
A short walk to the Hillview MRT and amenities across the street.
