The Hillier, London Tower - The Hillier

The ceiling is so high so it always eels so specious in the apartment. Security is high and sometime it feels annoying. Specially when you expecting delivery. There are 7 pools in the place and small playground for kids. Hillv2 is down stairs so it is super convenient sine there are restaurants and super market. It is close to mrt station and 653 express bus go to CBD in every morning and comes back in the evening. So transport to CBD is not an issue.

Great quality and finishing from the developer. Facilities are amazing (beautiful pools, aqua gym, good-size gym and several number of function pods that are very well equipped). Location is amazing for drivers (very central) and Super convenient downtown mrt line to Newton/Orchard/Bugis. It’s above hillv2 mall by Far East!

The most disappointing thing is attitude of condo management. They're just proactively lazy and manage to find the most ineffective solution to any problem. I had a leak coming from toilet in the unit above (quite a serious issue). Management asked to send them an email with pictures. I literally went there with pictures, and instead of giving phone number of developer/contractor - he asked me to send him an email... Later contractor had to access unit upstairs to identify problem and the solution from management was: Let's write an email and see if tenant is available at x time tomorrow... All while discharge pipe from unit above is leaking all over. I literally had to explain why he should call rather than email because this is a serious urgent issue and we need to know time now, not few days later... Of course I, had to say that couple of times to get them to actually call. To put it simply - you need to come to management with instructions of what they need to do and don't expect them to try to help you. Units themselves are small but planned out really well. However build quality is poor like most new condos that are build to look pretty. There is close to no noise isolation with sliding window doors leading to unnecessarily loud noise from the street and construction nearby. Facilities (except gym) are great and honestly the best I've seen in any condo (50m pool, multiple small pools, many bbq pits). Although 1 tennis court was closed for over a year due to tenant dispute and there is no plan to reopen. Remaining tennis court can be booked with about 2 weeks waiting time for evenings/weekends. Getting a cab/grab can be very difficult during peak hours or when it's raining. Surrounding area is really nice with plenty of greenery and multiple parks just a short walk away. Like everything - this condo has upsides and downsides. It's mostly OK until you need to deal with management...

The view from the apartment is amazing. Food options below at HillV2 and Railmall, and public transport within a stone's throw can zip one to downtown in under 30 min, what's not to love about this place?

The condos are not designed well so there's constant ventilation and water leakage issues in the bathroom / shower area. The AC shafting embedded in the walls also leak coolant so expect to pay for coolant top ups every few months. Additionally, they don't allow moving on Saturdays and Sundays, which is terrible for those that need to work during the week and don't have the luxury of taking time off to deal with moving. I'm happy to be finally leaving this condo group.

Nice environment and ambience, especially the lift lobby. The penthouse units have nice view too.

Amenities are available on 7 floor including 7seven swimming pools(big or small one), gym and several bbq facilities. They are really awesome and can see beautiful scene of yard in rear side from amenity area(7th). Also people can use HillV2 mall in 1st and 2nd floor such as MARKETPLACE supeemarket, DEAN&DELUCA and STARBUCKS, etc. It was pantastic place during staying here.

More than 3 pools, comes with aqua gym as well. Gym is slightly small but there is anytime fitness at your doorstep. An integrated development that brings you to accessibility where pet centre, supermarket, dental clinic are available within 2 mins. Interesting high ceiling , 2 bedrooms with different layout. Good to explore more if you like this project ?? not all units are facing door to door, good privacy.
