β β β β β I was very much interested in enrolling my son at this school and even without visiting the campus I paid the registration fee to book a place for my son. We were intending to move from India to Singapore just for his education and had shortlisted this school from the other offers we received for him.
Since he was an international student we wanted some help and was unclear about visa and have been emailing the school asking to clarify our doubts but nobody replied to any of our emails.
I think there should be a better support system especially for people like us who donβt live in Singapore .
It is not enough in just having top notch facilities and boast about your campus. You need to train staff to handle queries and need to develop better customer service. Totally dissatisfied with the team who handles admissions!!!

β β β β β My daughter is studying at GIIS Smart Campus with scholarship. The system is completely transparent and the management is acutely fair in these decisions. And every student is treated in the same manner here, no discriminations or favouring. So I am very happy with the school.

β β β β β Great schoolβ¦.great ambience...teachers are also very cooperative and friendly. The campus is very big and well maintained. Digitally advanced school and very efficient management. Both my sons have studied in GIIS East Campus and now are doing so well in life. I would definitely recommend this school to all parents.

β β β β β Very disciplined school, I feel my daughter is in safe hands. And very well-maintained. The facilities and infrastructure is amazing here. My daughter learns so many new things everyday and then she tells us at home. Iβm very content with the school...good work.

β β β β β I am a single parent and focusing on my childβs academics had become really difficult. I was looking for a school that is flexible for the parents' needs as well. After hearing a lot of people talk about giis and the facilities they offer I decided to enlist him here. Great school, really like how they keep me updated through the parent portal... easy to track my sonβs performance on a daily basis.

β β β β β It is such a wonderful thing to see home decor, ceramics, clay modelling and many such activities as a part of the co-curricular activities. Students nowadays hardly have time to learn this after-school hours. I am glad that my daughter can take up these activities while concentrating on her academics. The balance they create helps a lot with the students' stress.

β β β β β Whilst things might not go smoothly all the time, this is a great school with great facilities. It would be absolutely amazing if there were higher number of cleaners since the place would get a little unclean by evening

β β β β β My niece is a student of the Smart Campus for 3 years and in P3 now. I was very impressed with the campus when she 1st joined, but a recent incident has left me wondering if i have made the wrong choice enrolling her.
I logged in to the school website 2 weeks ago and while browsing i saw a βbook saleβ. Thinking it was for the new semester that starts in April i clicked and purchased the required books. Upon order confirmed, i realised the books were for last term so basically i made a mistake of ordering the books she already had.
Immediately i called up the school, 5 mins after the purchase was done. Was transferred to the bookshop and to my horror, βnothing can be doneβ was the only answer i got from the staff. Not even a single β let me see what i can doβ. She said it was in the system already.
I then tried to talk to a few more person and the same answer was given to me. i have since been send the books despite my efforts to stop it. If this was a commercial bookshop maybe i would have understand but itβs a school and my niece is a student.
I understand the concept of βsmartβ campus, where most tasks are E handled, but surely we canβt let that put an end to basic human communication and interaction? Is that ther attitude that we will like to see the students displaying?
I hope the school will look into this matter. Greatly dissapointed.
Updated: the school has looked into the matter and responded to me, issue is solved. Kudos for the prompt action
