Worst clinic ever.... Doctor's always late. So irresponsible. Make the patients wait. What a disappointment.

The worst clinic I visited here in Singapore. I wanted to give ZERO STAR! I went to this clinic yesterday 15th February 2022 around 11:40am. The nurse or attendant is very rude and disrespectful. I noticed that she keep on shouting every single thing. Then when she asked me to give her my IC she shouted at me. I said to her I can hear you no need to shout and she replied I TOLD YOU TO GIVE ME YOUR IC! After that she asked me why I’m there i said to see the doctor. I really cannot speak properly because i have a very painful mouth ulcer. Then she shouted again I informed her I cannot talk properly I have mouth ulcer then she talk to her colleague in Chinese and both of them keep on laughing. Another nurse or attendant asked me to write in the paper my IC number, address and if I have drug allergies after giving the paper to the rude attendant she told me “DON’T WRITE THIS BIG NO MORE SPACE”! I said to her that’s how I write even my handwriting she will say something. Then the doctor called me inside the room, the female doctor is rude as well and not friendly. The way she talked is very loud. I asked her for sore throat medicine or candy she said NO MORE WE RUN OUT OF THAT! I feel more sick and stress after my consultation to that clinic. Another thing the clinic is very messy.

The female doctor Dr. Olivia Teo has the worst bedside manners in the world. she never can make u feel better when u are sick. She is very rude and mean. This is a touch and go clinic and one of the worst in the world. I went to clinics in Africa that are better than this. I heard all doctors here are bad. Avoid this clinic if u care about your life.

After Vaccination, whole body are in pain especially arm. Yet the Dr KC Lim use so much force to pressed on my swollen arm without feeling apologetic! Totally with No sympathy and as if he is the King! Won't step un again! Please sll who hv read this review. Don't waste you money to go to such clinic that make u more sick

Firstly the nurse has the best service I received the way she reply is "you never say wat" oh you dun laugh this is our protocol" in lass than the 5 mins I talking to the staff she don't feel like a nurse anyone I encountered give me a way way better experience. She makes me feel I owe her something.. after seeing the doctor her swab test made felt pain.. since COVID 19 I have taken countless swab PCR and ART but this is new heights... Lastly the swab test area ... Is this a Singapore clinic? I will never come back again.. maybe this is what the staff here wants me to feel

Im quite curious how Lily get such service from them maybe she is their boss or some investor. Dont need to disguse lah, Purposely must say translate from a friend. This is the worst clinic i have been to, firstly the doctors are always late, u go in the afternoon to hear that the doctor will only come in at 8pm. Secondly, there is once i had a 38.9degree fever visited them 9pm sharp and was turn away saying that the doctor is busy and turn me away (they are closed at 10pm that day). They only want your money, they dont even care if you live or die. The reason they are still in business is because the next clinic is at least 15min walk away. Who can walk that far when you are sick? (Attached is the nurse that chased me away despite me emphasize that am having 38.9 fever and i have to walk 15min to the next clinic)

2nd day or hari raya they think i send my wife bcs want to take mc ? not all lah ha want mc my wife not working she really sick giddy and got pus on her foot and swelling when register at 11 plus they say waiting time 1hr fair enough we go and buy something then came back 1.30. Ask the clinic assistant is our turn already? No still need to wait 6more people till the clinic empty still dont want to call my wife name??? we come here not for mc my wife really sick.. those want to wait the whole day here can come to this clinic my first and last???

Went over the clinic just now morning. But very peak. Waited around 2 hours plus. Told the doctor i had vertigo yesterday. And today i still have dizziness. Then he said sound angry maybe he's too tired as i saw every patient he must did the ART\PCR. He sounded angry when he said my blood a bit high. So he gave me 1 day mc. Asked him if i can 2 days instead as i want to rest. Then he said, "ur blood high today and u need to lose weight. Strictly 1 day." How can he responded like that?! Cant a patient ask for another day just to rest properly? This will be my last time to the clinic. The way he said to a patient like that really rude and he always looked at the computer. No eye contact or anything. Going to another clinic.
