Gnomon Watches - 9 Raffles Blvd

Recently, I have purchased my first Squale watch (20 ATMOS Classic Ceramic - 1545 - SEL Bracelet) online from Gnomon Watches, which was also my first experience with this dealer. The reason of purchasing this watch online from Singapore is the absence of an official Squale dealer in my country. About the watch: an impeccable-quality timepiece, completed with a robust sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel, which is truly unique for a 570$ “beater” dive-watch. Although being quite a controversial piece, considered to be a plain Submariner rip-off, it is still a nice-looking entry-level Swiss-made watch, appreciated by numerous watch enthusiasts worldwide. About Gnomon and delivery: the watch came undamaged. The purchase process is really simple and takes not more than 2 minutes through their website. In turn, the delivery process took approximately 7 days, including some minor problems with the Ukrainian customs, which, however, has nothing to do with Gnomon. But why 4 stars then? The dealer’s official website clearly says: “Free worldwide delivery”. Although you can still read that some conditions apply, I do not quite understand this marketing move. A standard DHL delivery to Ukraine requires an additional payment of 40$, that is, however, not a problem when you know what you are paying for. To sum up: an authorized dealer of numerous lowkey and mid-tier brands that offers an incredible selection of various timepeaces and rapid delivery to almost any country. I would totally recommend shopping with Gnomon and will probably repeat my experience.

In January 2022 I've purchased a Squale from Gnomon (ORDER #27703). The watch is great and it was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, I recently realised that the watch was sent with its warranty card dated January 2021 (instead of 2022). I've been trying to contact the customer service for days and all I received is a blank automated email + a copy and paste answer from their WhatsApp account. It is sad to see that a lazy mistake like this which could be rectified very quickly is simply being ignored. By reading also other reviews, my warning to other buyers would be to stay away from Gnomon if you are planning to buy anything above $1000. You don't want to risk dealing with aftersales amateurs when you put a lot of money into a watch.

World class service. Exceptional high quality watches. Quick to respond to all questions. Modifications were done professionally. Package arrived from Singapore to US in less than a week. I went over the watch with a lupe and scrutinized every detail. No faults. Keeping +2s a day. Very happy.

In all honesty, didn't expect to be walking out with this gorgeous beauty, but Gnomon gave a price that's too good to resist! Even though this was my third time visiting the store and my first purchase from them, my first 2 store experiences were nothing short of exceptional. Top-notch service when trying out the watches in-store (not this particular Hamilton Khaki King as it was always out of stock), and Jasmin in particular was really knowledgeable about watch conglomerates and meticulous in her work. Highly recommended! Would definitely visit again for my subsequent purchases! P.S. Immediately swapped out the strap as the original strap was not doing this beauty justice. This perlon strap was not purchased from Gnomon, though they also have various straps available.
