The service is nothing less than professional, where she engages with impeccable knowledge, making it fascinating for anyone new to the world of horology. The deliberated effort to connect rather than transact, sets her apart. A must visit for any novice, however vaguely interested, where conversations with Catherine and her team can turn any into an avid collector.

Nice! THG @ MW is always our go-to boutique to buy our watches and we have gotten quite a few timepieces there. Something special about this boutique is their always friendly and helpful staff. Always so patience with our questions and try-on even if don’t get anything in the end. Thank you Catherine for remembering this piece that my wife has always wanted. Happy Wife; Happy Me!

Being relatively new to the world of luxury watches, there was a feeling of apprehension upon stepping into the boutique. However, Daryl quickly dissipated any doubts I had and was happy to show me around the various collections and answer any queries i had. When i expressed interest in a particular reference that was not physically available at the store, he offered to arrange for a dispatch from elsewhere for my viewing. In total Daryl assisted to arrange two watches and this was done in just a couple of days and i was updated promptly. Louisa was on hand to assist me when i revisited for the viewing - She was really patient and helped me as a beginner to understand the respective watches. Hence, i was glad to proceed with both watches and this was due in no small part to both Daryl's and Louisa's hospitality and service. While i didnt manage to catch their names, the other staffs in store all had a pleasant demeanour and helped with the adjustments of the watch - an all round pleasant experience and will be happy to visit again for future purchases.

I’ve been to other Hourglass outlets (namely Raffles Hotel and Takashimaya) and made purchases there. However, I had to say their level of service was absolutely nothing compared to Catherine’s. Catherine was recommended by my cousin. She is absolutely friendly, service-orientated and patient. I really appreciate her professionalism and excellent level of service. For two years, I have been bugging her for information without purchasing any watches. Nevertheless, she continued to reply my queries with lots of patience and kept a look out for some of the watches that I might interested in. Was trying to get a timepiece for my 50. Got to meet David through a Omega friend. Very friendly and appreciate his hospitality. Although my prefer time piece was not available, I got a Omega and he was really thorough to introduce its feature. Looking forward to the next visit when the stock becomes available.
