GODIVA - #04 / 05 GODIVA

Wonderful ice cream, affogato and cake! Expensive of course, and probably why it’s not filled up on a weekend. Minus one star for the condescending and disinterested waitress.

Bought a black sesame milkshake from the Takashimaya outlet. The young staff making the milkshake added too much ingredients, when she poured the blended shake into the cup the remainder was at least if not more than half a cup which she dumped into the sink despite me asking her to pour it into another cup. Then she adds a very light swirl of whipped cream, barely covering the circumference of the cup. When she covers with the cap she smudges the whipped cream. I drink the milkshake and get a mouthful of ice chips crunchy and stuck in the straw, quite dangerous risk of choking. I let the staff know that it's very icy and not blended properly and she is young, she doesn't know how to answer. Very disappointing whole experience was not reflected the image and brand of Godiva as a premium product. Might as well be fast food. For $9 milkshake spend your money on local dessert, Godiva is a joke.I

Love this espresso with the chocolate ice cream! Give you an instant satisfaction with both coffee + ice cream. The place is spacious and you can have a good dessert time with your friends and families.

Love the 82% chocolate here ! Great place to chill out and spend the afternoon with family & friends. The staff is friendly and very nice ambiance.

The staff at Takashimaya’s Godiva are so friendly and kind! I ordered a softserve but they ran out of Sumikko Gurashi cone sleeves. She noticed I was a little disappointed so she walked up to me after I left to offer me a Sumikko Gurashi-printed cup sleeve, instead! Thank you so much for making my day! ?

Very nice cosy cafe with a surprisingly wide selection just with their soft serve, coffee & chocolate. Food quality, ambience & staff service are all 5 stars!! Will definitely return again.

A great place to chill and enjoy good ice cream and nice tea. Staff is polite and pleasant. Will drop by again for sure!

Quality thick and rich chocolate here, just a tad expensive especially with the small portion. Ice cream melted quite fast too so you cant really be too slow about enjoying it. The chocolate milkshake was sweet but no too overly sweet. Overall, nice place to chill even though there is a dining limit. I think they have a 1 for 1 for their mini cheesecake too. May go back again when im feeling rich!
