★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fave dry ban mian in town! Although in this case, I would order with u-mian noodles instead, it's just perfect. The specific one in the photo is a sliced pork dry u-mian, with add on of fried meatball. The minced meat is perfectly seasoned, dried chili for nice heat, onsen egg, dried fish (not in photo since i had it removed). The whole mix is an absolute umami and quite addictive, had to have it every week.
