★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got Mr Thomas See's contact from town council for plumber service. Initially reply was good as he sent his guys to my house to look at the water clog issue and clear for me. However I had other issue with the water tap and the drain filter as well. The guys said they will need time to find the parts and will contact us again, which they never get back
After 2 weeks, called Mr Thomas. He said that he will look into it as his guys didn't inform him on this. After sequent follow up with him, he did not reply/ respond to me. Very bad service
