My car has always been maintained by agent as I believe in good customer service and pleasant experience - hate having to deal with unprofessional dubious car workshops. As a female car owner, I always dread having to go to those typical car workshops. I am pleasantly surprised and am very happy with the services provided by VAG. Service guy was detailed in his explanation of what needs to be replaced on my car and what can wait. That’s something I appreciate especially for a person like me who is not knowledgable about cars. Price is good for a proper specialist shop. Happy to have found you guys ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They update you better about your car than at Audi and VW AD centres if in for major repairs. Only use legit same parts as they use at ADs. Will feel more secured than other workshops.

I have been using them for my servicing so far and it has been a good experience, dont feel like they are trying to push me to buy anything.

Update 5 Jul 2022. Quickly found the problem with the wheel housing liner that was loose and rubbing the tyre.

Minimal downtime, and outstanding service, with a good dose of trust and honesty in our communications. Been searching for a good alternative workshop to VW Singapore - think I've found them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here about 3 weeks ago for 105k servicing of my Volvo car after high recommendation from a friend.
I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the service staff, Javis. He was able to answer all my questions on the repairs recommended, as well as able to let me know which repairs are important and which repairs that are perhaps not so urgent.
I've also signed up for their membership program which comes with good discounts and perks!
