Since my first ride with issue on 11/1/2019 and gave a 1star review, I have recently reinstalled the app in Nov 2021 and got on my 1st ride. Got a half price promo code, this time round the driver was punctual. Ride was smooth and safe. Their service fee is same as Grab.

I just created an account as a customer. Received a note stated 'account is blocked for temporary'. Why Blocked? Till when blocked?? I dont have telegram and dont wish to have telegram. Why Gojek do not have customers service. Isnt this is a service line.. not everyone are network savvy. Prefer to speak to someone who are well trained in your product.

I booked gojek taxi. Taxi meter shows $15.70, driver app showed $24.10 and after I alighted, gojek receipt shows $21.70. When I raised the discrepancy of fare charged by driver app and gojek receipt(which came only after I have alighted) to the system, they reply how taxis in Singapore charge their meter? This was the first time I booked gojek taxi for myself to sit. I've only hired it before for my in-laws.

Driver cheat my money. Go wrong place and wait say cannot cind then i msg him he still cancel and take cancellation fee from me make me late for my appointment.

Horrible service! Cancelled two times! Made me wait 10 minutes the first time, 12 minutes the next time! Wasting my time. Gojek should penalise these drivers! I realized that they were waiting for the price to surge even higher. If that's the case, then don't accept the booking in the first place. Just wait till your customers disappear! I booked a Grab that came in 2 minutes! Don't ever use their service! If there was no stars, I would have given that! ?

Horrible service by GoHub . Returned customer items for leaving in my vehicle, end up account suspended later on. Driver app down for 2 days, no compensation also and to return items also no compensation

GoJek is really horrible. My trip was marked ‘completed’ when I have only just entered the car and did not even get a ride afterwards and my card was deducted. Reported to GoJek and they say they will process the refund and wait within 30 days to check on this. Waited long and my card was eventually deducted.. asked the GoJek team again and asked to wait.. contacted again after 30 days and was told to check with the bank.. Best still the bank checked and there was no refund process AT ALL! Customer service sucks and there is no contact number to call to only via email which doesn’t get a solution after waiting 30 days as what they had proposed for the refund process. In my heart I believe they did not even process the refund and to blame it on the bank stating : “Please be informed that it should be reverted up to 30 days depending on your bank policy. Please check with your bank since it is more than 30 days have passed. If you need further information, please visit Help page in your Gojek app. Warm regards, GoTroop Selle
