asked to go to nex. not willing to do u-turn as its a long way off. forced us 2 adult and 1 child to alight in the heavy drizzle. keep insistng its easier. make us get wet. complained to TADAabout him taking my distance fare from my flat to nex then short changed by driving a way shorter route. Am I not supposed to get back what is short changed in remuniation?? TADA just closed my case... Nice work... no call no nothing . dont take MIKE CHAN (Bronze Honda Vezel SLK7871G)

Booked a tada ride from raffles place and the app showed the driver is 5 mins away. Shortly, the driver texted to inform that he's on his way. Waited for 10 mins after seeing the app still showing 5 mins away. He informed heavy traffic and estimated time to reach the pickup point is 3 mins. I finally managed to get into the car after 15 mins wait. Rather frustrated, I told the driver that he should have informed me that he's stuck in a heavy traffic and might be able to reach in 10mins as he has a real time GPS. He didn't think that he should inform as the passenger should ask instead. While he wasn't rude at all, he wasn't receptive to the feedback. I can understand a driver's frustration but I have come scross afew drivers who would inform me if they are taking a longer time to come over., hence I'm using this experience to let him knew he should do that as well. We'll I guess it's different expectation.

As soon as I got in the car, I remembered that I forgot to take my bag... So I asked the driver to wait for me for two minutes. I ran up to get it and then got off... He ended up arguing with my boyfriend! He told us to get off the car and he said not to take us! Said he was in a hurry? So aren't we in a hurry? Because of him, I wasted another 20 minutes re-hailing a car? I'm rushing to the airport...and he submits the completion app and asks me to pay if I don't pay I can't keep using the app! Can anyone help me solve the problem?
