Journey was smooth with good driving skills. I arrived home safely. Thank you Gojek for providing the great service.

No response but just cancel. All cus care does is offer a 10% voucher capped at $3. Then case closed and I don't have a choice but accept that my 15 mins is only worth $3? ?
m	mike ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GPS algorithm is worse than your competitor. 5min wait easily becomes a 12min one. The estimated time deviates alot. And cannot schedule in advance. The only saving grace is your slightly cheaper price, which does not matter as much when one is in a rush during peak hours. Buckle up pls.

When the issue occurred, good luck to you, no one from Gojek cared about it and no one would answer phone calls or respond to emails ( except the courtesy emails with general information). it's no different from Grab. Where did GoJek get all these dumb lazy customer service staffs? I was expecting more from Gojek
E	Ewan Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Gojek car on Saturday night (11th June) from South Buona Vista Road to Mount Sophia the cost was S$18.80 which included S$0.80 of BS charges for Platform and Driver Fees. I completed the journey and paid cash with no issue, I was sent a receipt via email. The next day I received another email with a S$4 cancellation fee for the same journey! I always pay cash for Gojek rides these days (and their competitors) as I got fed up with them putting spurious charges on my credit card which are just about impossible to get refunded. But now I have to waste more of my time on these clowns to get the cancellation charge lifted, either that or never use them again which is probably the better option!
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GoJek is really horrible. My trip was marked ‘completed’ when I have only just entered the car and did not even get a ride afterwards and my card was deducted. Reported to GoJek and they say they will process the refund and wait within 30 days to check on this. Waited long and my card was eventually deducted.. asked the GoJek team again and asked to wait.. contacted again after 30 days and was told to check with the bank.. Best still the bank checked and there was no refund process AT ALL! Customer service sucks and there is no contact number to call to only via email which doesn’t get a solution after waiting 30 days as what they had proposed for the refund process. In my heart I believe they did not even process the refund and to blame it on the bank stating : “Please be informed that it should be reverted up to 30 days depending on your bank policy. Please check with your bank since it is more than 30 days have passed. If you need further information, please visit Help page in your Gojek app. Warm regards, GoTroop Selle
