Seats upholstery is new and clean. Above all, the driver is most impressive. Mr Selvam is diligent, good-natured, and takes pride in his work. He made a difference. Thank you.

And courteous. Top job. Good value at $34 to get me home to woodlands.

β β β β β It was a breeze booking and arranging for Vimo transport! On one leg of the journey, I made an advance booking and the other, I booked on the spot. It was a couple of dollars more expensive for the latter but timing was more flexible. There was no need for a string of questions to be answered for the bookings too.. ?
Our journey on both trips were smooth. William and Simon are friendly and safe drivers. The whole experience made our long overdue excursion more enjoyable, we didn't have to worry about the whechair transfers.
Thank you! I'll engage the services again in future!

β β β β β Used this service for a Wheelchair transfer to & fro. They are punctual or 5 min early, indicated in the confirmation. The drivers are friendly and experienced in handling wheelchair. As we have communicated with the driver prior to the booking time, the driver also let us know that he has arrived and if we need his service now, he can bring it forward. I believe flexibility is subjected to the driverβs availability. In short, good service provided.
The only drawback is that if we missed the booking time, our payment for the trip will be forfeited. This will be a challenge if the traveling time is beyond your control. Probably an option for the driver to be compensated for waiting time will be helpful.

β β β β β Used this service for a wheelchair transfer twice. The app is very straightforward to use, and the nice part is you're informed by 8pm the day before of the driver's details.
They are also extremely punctual (arriving at least 5 minutes before time), and patient to wait; they will also message you to let you know they have reached the destination, and whether or not they have picked up the passenger. The drivers are also very well-versed in safe transfers for wheelchairs, and make sure their clients are secured properly before moving off.
The price is also extremely reasonable, and given the level of service, very much value-for-money!
The only minor criticism I might make is that it would be nice if you could manually select door-to-door transfers--I would have gladly made payment for it if the option had been available in-app. But either way, very good, and will definitely use again when needed!

β β β β β I canβt recommend them enough. I contacted them by email just two before to schedule a private transfer for my family of five adults with 9 pieces of luggage! They responded and confirmed quickly. They were right on time for our 4:30am pickup. The van was new, clean and very spacious and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. If you need a car service in Singapore, look no further! Thank you for your professional services! Will be booking with you again for future needs.
