i don’t usually leave negative reviews but this workshop really crossed the line.
my family member got charged $2800 for an incorrectly done DCT clutch overhaul. verified by multiple independent workshops. became problematic within a month and broke soon after. it is a part that should last years after an overhaul. denies any responsibility when we brought the car back to them. they will not give you basic human respect once you’ve paid the money. now the car has a $3300 bill which my family has to foot at another workshop because of their substandard repair. honestly have no idea how they are still in business with this kind of business ethics.
