★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to splurge and treat myself to a PT session with classpass. Had Simon as my trainer and it was great. He corrected my form and we worked on 3 lifts (squats, dead lift and chest press). It was super tiring but he was encouraging and gave me constructive criticism.
Gym itself was very small but it seems like they only open it up to PT sessions which is usually 1 person per hour. It was nice to not have to share the space with anyone.
