Great atmosphere! Place was a little small but had everything you need for a workout, both in terms of machines and free weights. Thanks for letting me work out here. Jake was awesome!

Worked out here a couple times when I was backpacking in Singapore. Of all the gyms I’ve been too I gotta say this place has one of the best atmospheres to get a good lift - wish I had a gym like this back home! If you’re in Singapore and looking for a good gym/trainer I highly recommend checking this place out!

Physique Studio is like a family – all of the trainers are there to support their clients and make them feel welcomed and supported. For me, consistency in exercising is a function of challenge, convenience and community. The gym is fabulous and definitely a very nice environment to get your workout done especially after their renovation. Great for individuals who do not enjoy massive commercial gyms. Jake Cheng is my trainer and I have been training with him for about 4 years, the longest I’ve signed up for any gym. Always encouraging and able to spot my problems and rectify them with clear instructions and demonstrations. Happy to join in my fitness journey. I recommend them for anyone who is looking to change their body and mind and take your physique to the next level.
