★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution when you buy from this store. The ladies are out to cheat you. They will charge you the highest possible for any item you choose. Why? - Who knows. Maybe greater commission. Charged me workmanship so much more than necessary, as the quality of items they produce doesn’t even last. They drop off, or the hook spring breaks easily. You would think they wouldn’t do such rubbish things to someone who patronized their store regularly. Horribly disgusting behavior by the sales persons.

This is the nearest gold jewelry shop from my home so I do buy gold from there.
On my last visit ,I gave some feedback about better customer service so they looked into it and service recovery was done. Good job!!!
I visited Gold Scale again to pick up a pendant.
There was a queue as only three customers were allowed to enter at a time.
I waited patiently and bought a gold pendant for $100.
