Workers kept staring at u while you are choosing your stuff, when I was taking too long, they was like giving me this look telling me to hurry up. The things there are okay, just that the staff are rude

No star.. Selling bag that already mold.. Just noticed on the spot once done payment and staff said cannot return and refund. Lousy service.. Becareful guys.. Don't want u to be next victim..

The staffs there will stare at you and follow you around the shop when you’re looking at some things and to me, it’s unnecessary, considering the shop is quite small and they can literally see what’s going on even if they just stand at the corner of the entrance . It definitely made me uncomfortable because I just want to look and decide what i’m going to get in peace. Took me awhile to decide what to get and end up buying a phone case for $10.

Quite disappointed with both the staffs' attitude (I bought something around 7.30 pm on 5/12/2020). The management team should look into training their staff by handling customer inquiries in a well-mannered way. 1. I spoke to the staff in English, and she replied in Mandarin. Then corrected my sentence rudely (Mandarin isn't my first language, and I'm not local btw) 2. I bought a reusable straw, and the staff asked me to check the item before leaving. During the process, I noticed the straw was collapsed, so I wanted to change to another one. There was a strong sense of annoyance, and the other staff kept saying, ' It's normal that it's that way. ' Not to mention they keep looking at you when you're browsing, but they can't answer my questions when I have them.

Stay well away from buying items at this shop as they have no quality. After reporting a complaint about headphones I bought there for 40 dollares still within 7 days warranty given by the shop, both the employee and management refused to exchange the item. I have shown multiple times to the local employee (whom mentioned she was on the phone with the manager) that the Bluetooth headphones didn't work with my phone Huawei P20 Pro, and proved that each time I have plugged my headphone. She dismissed all claims, and tried to come up with multiple crazy justifications to refuse the exchange. She said the problem was the radio app I was using on the mobile or the radio frequencies in Singapore and that it should work on other apps, then I proved her wrong by showing the problem still persisted with YouTube, then she said the problem was the battery on my phone, which at the time was charged more than 70%, then she tried to ask if I used previous Bluetooth devices (implying they could have been caused by previous devices) but I have confirmed I never did. After complaining to the Clementi Mall reception they said to send an official email to the address at the website for which I never got a response.. Buy at your own risk as you may experience a similar experience.

Definitely a shop with friendly staffs to assist you, from the selection of the products or heading over there to self collect the parcel (from overseas). They are also very willing to help you to dismantle the cardboard boxes for ease of discarding! Had great conversations with them too!! Highly recommended!!

Not bad I guess…the staff(which was one short lady) kept staring at me as I looked around the store (probably cos there were lots of shoplift cases there) Service was alr but items are a little pricey. Since They do not own the items as they only rent out the space but I highly recommend to check out the quality be be 100% sure nothings wrong as going through warranty is a little hard.
