β β β β β Massage worth every penny. The 90 minutes massage has free ear candling or body scrub too. The masseuses can speak basic English, good enough for you to let them know what kind of massage you need. Recommended and will be visiting again.

β β β β β This is the best massage I have ever received.
I'm not too sure if I got the masseuse's name right but it is xiaoxiao, probably.
She reduced my body stiffness by a whopping amount and didn't do any 'extra' stuff which I appreciate (as I'm a man striving for purity who unfortunately likes massages.).
She was clearly knowledgeable about my pain points and stiff areas, and also made small talk as best as she could.
Really enjoyed the massage. Would go back.
However, the store is distractingly busy on friday nights and lacks staff. Every 30min, someone would enter the store and my session would be interrupted unfortunately.
Phone calls made during the massage also undermine the ambience.
So, the EXPERIENCE wasn't great, but the masaage itself was fantastic.
Overall, yeah p. Good.

β β β β β the staff / receptionist very lousy and slack service. first time customers to the spa, the counter staff did not advice clearly to customers, the different types of massage package, customer chose the wrong package, wasted time.
counter staff know first time customer and ask customer to register, but did not introduce the spa menu, thinking that customer know the spa menu well?
disappointed with the lousy and slack service, which first time new customers don't feel important and treasured

β β β β β I am a long time customer of Golden Pail Spa .and I do not usually give reviews, but wow, Amy hospitality and she remembers my sore spots and gives helpful tips. She was very attentive, applied the perfect amount of pressure and spent an excellent amount of time on my most tense areas. Highly recommended!??
