★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to make an appointment at 4.30pm, the lady said okay but shortly after said that 5pm would be much better. I reached there at 5pm and I was told that I would have to wait for around 20 more minutes which was fine with me. In the end, I had my haircut at 6.20pm.
Waiting 10 to 20 minutes is fine, but 1 hour 20min? Very unprofessional. Were not even the least apologetic and did not even attempt to appease me. Will definitely not get a haircut there ever again.
