★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the mutton and chicken curry with my wife. The curry at this branch is way too spicy like some other reviews mentioned. It literally burned our stomachs immediately and triggered our tear glands. We love all kinds of spicy food FYI. We are familiar with the NaNa curry at Jurong and eat there often, it is indeed towards the more spicy side, but still totally acceptable and tastes delicious. The spice level at this AMK branch however, is insane.
Also, we added on tau kwa, but one of the bowls came without potato... The mutton was mostly the fatty parts, so not much meat after trimming the fats off. We ate the chicken fully, only cos we have the habit of not wasting food. But I must say it was not an easy feat, eating while holding back tears constantly.
Do the owners not taste the curry as they cook? Either that or they must have exceptionally high tolerance for spicy food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gravy was very rich and lot of spices in it. The potatoes was soft but did not had curry soaked in. Same thing for the chicken thigh, soft but seems that it did not have the curry infused in. It could be because I was there at about 10.30am as the pots of curry might not have cooked enough. Would try again at a later hours next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the curry chicken was good, I didn't think it was anything extraordinary from the norm and something we can whip up ourselves at home. Still worth a visit to try, however, it's not something that I think I'd bother going down for again.
