Probably the worst experience ever had. Being asked lots of un-expected "additional" requests. Without positive yes, service would be discounted significantly. Please remember Customer First.

I have been with Goodlady TCM & Beauty since 2006. Goodlady has a cosy and clean environment for facial as well as massage. The 2 TCM 医师are very good, profession and experience. The staff are friendly too.  Goodlady has treated my acnes and freckles. Their facial product used are reliable. Goodlady has make me look young and more confident. A very recommended place to make us beautiful, young and relax. Thank you Goodlady. ?

Went few days ago , served by a China lady poor service, unprofessional, keep on watching phone and low quality massage “piano style “ will ask for tips too. Not worth your Money

Staffs are very professional. I have patronise their business for almost 30 years -facial and massage etc. I highly recommend this beauty center to everyone. I'm grateful for their services throughout the years. They are very conscientious, empathetic and trust worthy people. Thank you for providing such amazing service! Well appreciated!

I am having a back pain after a basketball game today and went to this TCM for a massage to ease the pain. Told the chinese therapist my problem but to my disappointment, her massage is not strong enough and she pulling down her mask to talk. She still have the cheek to ask for tips at the end of the session. I will not recommend this shop.

Worst massage experience I have had in a long time. Management should have their unprofessional "therapist" properly trained. Not worth the price they charge, and the masseur still has the cheek to ask for tips

I hope to draw this shop owner’s attention that your masseuses are offering different quality of massage service by evaluating customers if they are seem rich or will be a regular. At the beginning, the masseuse was giving me massage very casually even though I asked her to push harder and told her which part is sore. Until I told her I often get massaged and have tried all the massage shops around this area and i am evaluating which one is better, she then started massaging me seriously during the last 10min of my massage session. She mentioned that the business is not as good as before, but I guess it’s probably because many staff are shortsighted like this. Besides, I waited for nearly 30min to get served despite one staff told me that no need to wait. According to their explanation, there are some disharmony among them. I feel that this is very unhealthy for your business growth. Hope this 20-year-old business will not be screwed up in this way. ( I should have left this review 2 months ago, but I just realized that I had left the review to a wrong outlet, apologise for that)

I went to this outlet for a 1 hour massage session last Thursday and was served by a Masseur from China. At first her massage was pretty alright but she kept asking me for tips but was rejected by me. She changed her attitude immediately and her way of massaging became "piano style". The session ended without completion as she told me the time was up without massaging my left leg. This service is unacceptable and I will not visit this place ever.
