Bought a Fave voucher with an expiry date of 11/07/2022 and decided to make an appointment for 22/06/2022 (as per available on their website's booking system) at Jurong East outlet on 18/06/2022. First point of contact was from Bioskin Centrepoint Orchard 6633 (Pearlyn) who shared that no slots were available on 22/06/2022 and also shared if 19/06/2022 would be good for me, however, I wasn't available on 19/06/2022. Hence, Pearlyn proceed to propose 22/07/2022, which I mentioned to Pearlyn that my voucher from Fave would expire on 11/07/2022 and she advised me to get a refund from Fave and repurchase the voucher again via Fave platform. Pearlyn further mentioned that there should not be an issue in getting a refund, thus, I proceed to contact Fave and to my surprise while I was in the midst of contacting with Fave, Pearlyn mentioned that the next available slot should be 27/06/2022 instead of 27/07/2022, she took about 30 minutes to share with me that she had a typo while I have wasted about 30 minutes on Fave. Moving forward, a request for a call back from the manager was put forth and Moon contacted me sharing with me that she's the manager of Pearlyn but do not have a clear solution on how to resolve the concerns for the wrong date shared by Pearlyn and time wasted to be in contact with Fave. Thus, she got her upper management to give me a call instead and her upper management without introducing herself went on to mention that they will be throwing in complimentary hand massage without addressing the concern raised. As a potential customer of theirs, I am truly surprised on how they have handled the reservation of appointment for their customers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updates: Thank you for the reply Bioskin, I will like to point out the following pointers. 1. As per shared with colleagues over the phone, I am not keen in a complimentary treatment as I am looking for facial services (which is purchased on Fave app) and not hand massage. 2. Cancellation of appointment was initiated by Jurong East colleagues as per messages sent via Whatsapp. 3. There is 2 Whatsapp number from Bioskin which gave 2 sets of instructions about the policies which resulted to confusion of to response a whatsapp reminder via an unknown number without Bioskin display picture as well. The reminder was sent from an unknown number, 3 days before the actual 2 days (which was shared with me when the appointment has been schedule) thus no reply was given as I am unsure if its a genuine reminder. Appreciate the initiated assistance with regards to getting a refund from Fave. Thank you.

Very bad customer service and attitude. Melia seed was not properly removed and requested to fix but was informed by Manager no such service. Have to buy new package or nothing. very disappointed being a customer for 10 years and being told off. ? Jul 1 - I need to clarify that my request was to fix the melia seed not done properly. Free was not mentioned by me, but your Manager. I have done 6 melia removal and 1 was not done properly. You are right and that was my last 6 in the package. However, the request was for 1 to be fixed and not all 6. Melia removal is not something u could see the result immediately. However, I was asked to buy package to cover something not done well ! Would you if you were me?

Bioskin staffs are very accommodating and friendly specially Bibi and Joanie. The service is really good!!!! I can see the improvement in my skin complexion. Massage is really relaxing. I like it!!!!

I signed up for hair color. The staffs are not professional. They are not well trained. We individuals can do better coloring at home by our own. One of the bad experience today is every session would take 1.5hrs -2hrs. However today she rushed me to the room and did the color wash and semi-dry all within an hour. Just because they took another apptm in the gap of 1hr. How can every hour they take apptm. This is only one of the issues I faced today as other times have been made to wait or just lying with half hair washed and waiting then another person comes to continue. Pay so much but service not good or professional.

Yvonne has been my beautician for the past 3 years. She knows my skin well and would recommend facial treatments based on my skin requirement. Treatments are always very comfortable!

Very professional service from the consultant and beauticians at the Jurong east outlet! My Magic touch facial was done by Vivi and I really enjoyed the entire session which was so relaxing! Overall, a great experience!

First time customer of bioskin. Saw their ads and came for a facial at promotional price. Was serviced by Ms Yvonne (Therapist) and Serena (Manager). Love Ms Yvonne. She explained everything and did everything professionally. Very nice to chat to as well. Not pushy at all. Would consider to come back (:
